- The Quality Objectives are coherent with this Policy and are in line with the Company's processes model. They are reviewed on an annual basis by the Management and updated in accordance with the development of SGEPL and its environment, with the aim of continuously improving our activities.
- Our staff are equipped with the material resources, continuous training in both skills and technology, and the development processes required to identify individual needs, in accordance with this policy and with the aim of achieving business objectives.
- Compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory standards (national, regional and local) as well as a willingness to adapt to future standards, clients' demands and social requirements, is a commitment and responsibility shared by all.
- Suppliers and subcontractors to SGEPL are also part of this Quality Policy, with the mutual aim of creating a working environment which allows us to achieve the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
