1. RAJIV GANDHI

Aged 53 years, is one of the Promoters of our Company. He is currently designated as the Chairperson and Whole Time Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since March 2011. He holds 1,18,79,640 shares in the company.

He has been providing strategic leadership and overall direction to the Company’s business operations, including business strategy and planning, business development, commercial management, financial planning, corporate governance, statutory compliance, customer relationship management and organizational development.

He has been actively involved in the Company’s telecom infrastructure and engineering services business, including telecom network rollout, project management, construction management, optical fibre cable deployment, operation and maintenance, horizontal directional drilling and civil construction.

He has played a significant role in the Company’s business expansion and diversification and in building long-term relationships with telecom operators, infrastructure providers, OEMs and enterprise customers.

2. PANKAJ SETIA

Aged 53 years, is the Founder Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since March 15, 2011. He holds 1,18,79,640 shares in the company.

He is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction to the Company’s business and operations, including business strategy and planning, business development, project execution, commercial and financial management, organizational development, corporate governance and statutory compliance.

He has been actively involved in developing and expanding the Company’s telecom infrastructure and engineering services business, including telecom network rollout, optical fibre cable (OFC) deployment, FTTx projects, project management, construction management, operation and maintenance, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), EPC and civil construction works.

He has played an important role in the Company’s growth by expanding its service capabilities, geographical presence and customer base.

3. RAVINDER KUMAR

Aged 54 years, is the Executive Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 2022, initially as Project Consultant and, w.e.f. March 15th, 2025, as Executive Director.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Himachal Pradesh University (1992), Post Graduate Diplomas in Marketing Management (2002) and Business Administration (2004) from Pondicherry University, and has completed the Leadership Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad (2010).

He has over 26 years of experience in cement and concrete technology, technical services and business development, including nearly three decades of association with Ambuja Cements Limited (November 1995 to April 2022), where he served in senior technical services and regional leadership roles.

At our Company, he has been responsible for business development and strategy at the national level, including the rollout of 5G projects for leading telecom equipment manufacturers, HDD business development and administrative charge of a new telecom circle.

4. GAUTAM JINDAL

Aged 35 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He was appointed on the Board of our Company w.e.f. June 1st, 2026.

He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 2018), holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations from IGNOU (2019) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Public College, Samana, Patiala University (2011).

He has over 12 years of experience in accounting, audit and taxation, including internal, special, concurrent and customs audits, GST consultancy and financial reporting for domestic and international clients across diverse sectors.

He is the Proprietor of Gautam Jindal & Associates, an independent practice providing audit, taxation, GST advisory and accounting services.

5. SAMRIDHI BATRA

Aged 34 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She was appointed on the Board of our Company w.e.f. June 1st, 2026.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Government College for Girls, Ludhiana (Panjab University) and is a Company Secretary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS 39375).

She has over 11 years of experience in company secretarial practice and corporate law, having worked as Associate Company Secretary / Company Secretary with Ralson (India) Limited, Shreyans Financial and Capital Services Limited and Pentagon Aluminium Co. Private Limited.

She is currently working as Secretary of Superfine Knitters Limited (since March 1, 2024).

6. ASHWANI KUMAR GULATI

Aged 70 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He was appointed on the Board of our Company w.e.f. July 23rd, 2026.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Karnataka Regional Engineering College, Mangalore (1981).

He has over four decades of experience in construction, project planning and management across infrastructure, power, high-rise residential and commercial projects, having worked with organisations including Simplex Infrastructures Limited, Reliance Engineering Associates (P) Limited, JMC Projects (India) Limited, Lanco Infratech Limited (EPC division), HFCL and Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited, where he held senior positions including Senior Vice President and Executive Director (Operations).
